Refund Policy

At RockandBangIt Studio, we strive to provide high-quality beats and excellent service. Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final, and we do not offer refunds.

1. No Refund Policy

  • Once a beat has been delivered, the sale is final, and no refunds will be issued.
  • This applies to all beat categories: remake beats, lease beats, exclusive beats, and sampled exclusive beats.

2. Exceptions

Refunds may be considered in the following cases:

  • If we are unable to deliver your order within 7 days and you no longer wish to wait.
  • If there is a technical issue preventing you from receiving your beat and we cannot resolve it.

3. Revisions Instead of Refunds

  • If you are not satisfied with the beat, you are entitled to up to 3 revisions to ensure it meets your needs.
  • Revision requests must be made within 7 days of receiving the beat.

4. Chargebacks & Disputes

  • Initiating a chargeback or dispute without contacting us first may result in a permanent ban from our services.
  • If you have any issues, we encourage you to contact us directly, and we will do our best to resolve the matter.
